Basic indicators built into every level
Every item of your strategic plan automatically has three basic indicators: progress (percentage complete), progress rating (a qualitative assessment of progress) and priority. These indicators are available at every level, from orientation down to action, with no setup.
Progress
Progress places each plan item on a simple scale, from "Not started" to "Completed". It is updated as you track your plan and rolls up automatically to dashboards and reports.
Priority
The priority level shows what comes first, from "Priority" to "Low". Your teams know where to focus their efforts, and managers spot critical items right away.
Progress rating
The progress rating adds a qualitative judgment to the percentage: very problematic, to be monitored, satisfying or in advance. An item at 40% can still be ahead of schedule; the rating makes that clear.
Custom indicators to measure what matters
Add your own indicators at any level of your strategic plan or action plans. Choose a display type (gauge, choice, traffic light, number or pictogram), a starting value, a target and an update frequency. Each custom indicator is linked directly to the plan item it measures.
Gauges See how close you are to a target
A gauge shows at a glance where a result stands against its target. Display it as a percentage, an interval or the result alone, depending on what you measure.
Choices A scale that fits you
Define your own values and colours: a rating scale, a completion status, themes, emojis or simple dots. Ideal for tracking what cannot be measured in numbers.
Traffic lights Status at a glance
Green, yellow or red: the traffic light instantly shows whether an indicator is on track. Display all three lights side by side, or only the one that is lit.
Numbers Track a value and its target
Track a numeric result, with or without a target and label: participants, amounts, units produced. Five layouts show the value on its own or compared with the target.
Pictograms Progress that speaks for itself
The pictogram fills up as the result gets closer to the target. Star, heart or rectangle: a simple visual that speaks to every audience, in your dashboards and your reports alike.
Global indicators for a cross-cutting view
Global indicators are not tied to a specific plan item. They track cross-cutting metrics that span several plans or departments. They appear in the cockpit for a condensed view of organizational performance.
A direct link between your plans and your indicators
Custom indicators attached to your strategic plan automatically appear in the dashboards. Indicators from linked action plans are also visible in the global view. This link ensures that operational performance rolls up to the strategic vision.
