Keep your plans on course
Three views to steer your strategy
Planivore offers several levels of detail to track your strategic planning: a global view of the strategic plan and its linked actions, action plans based on your responsibilities, and a cockpit for all your indicators.
Each view adapts to your role. A general manager sees the overall progress of the plan. A manager sees the details of their actions and indicators.
A global view of the strategic plan and its actions
The main dashboard displays your strategic plan with its linked actions, basic indicators (progress, progress rating, priority) and the custom indicators attached to each level. You see overall performance in one place.
Track the action plans you’re involved in
Each user can select the action plans they work on to keep them close at hand. This personalized view highlights the actions, indicators and progress of your strategic planning, without getting lost in the rest of the organization's information.
A cockpit for all your indicators
The cockpit brings together all your custom and global indicators in a condensed view. Pictograms, gauges, numbers with targets: you see the status of each indicator at a glance, wherever it is attached in your plans.
