Manage the city's strategic plan, the plans of a specific department and thematic plans (climate adaptation, sustainable mobility, culture) side by side. Each has its own structure and cycles, while contributing to the overall vision.
Departmental and cross-cutting action plans
Each department runs its own action plan (public works, urban planning, recreation, environment, public safety). You can also create cross-cutting action plans, such as an environmental, sustainable mobility or digital transition plan. Progress on linked actions rolls up to the strategic plan, and an action can also contribute to several action plans.
A capital plan built for cities
A capital plan designed specifically for municipalities: borrowing by-laws, grants, working capital and parks funds, project sheets, a municipal prioritization grid and debt service simulation.
Your projects can be planned over different horizons: a three-year capital works program (PTI), a five-year capital program (PQI) or a ten-year capital plan (PDI).

Performance indicators to steer the city
Configure custom indicators (gauges, traffic lights, numbers with targets, colour-coded levels) linked to your strategic plan and action plans.
Global indicators let you link the same measure to several plans without entering data twice: an environmental indicator can feed the climate plan, the strategic plan and a departmental plan.
Built-in municipal vocabulary
The custom lexicon uses your own terms: municipal departments or divisions, orientations, focus areas, objectives, measures, strategic actions. Financial terms (borrowing by-law, PTI, working capital fund) are already built in. Your teams feel at home right away.

Integration with your Microsoft environment and information security
Single sign-on (SSO) through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) with your work account. You can also attach SharePoint links anywhere in Planivore to connect your plans, actions and indicators to your reference documents. Municipal employees sign in with their Microsoft account and find their SharePoint documents linked directly to plan items.
When it comes to security, Planivore data is hosted in Canada on OVHcloud infrastructure, whose Canadian data centres are covered by ISO 27001 certification. The platform also offers granular permission management.
