Planivore’s pricing is based on the size of your organization. Annual licenses are structured for small, medium, and large organizations, with custom options available for larger organizations. Pricing is not based on the number of users. However, each plan includes a maximum number of users: 100 for small organizations, 300 for medium, and 500 for large.
For nonprofits, the user limit corresponds to the total number of employees.

It includes strategic plan integration, a sample action plan, Microsoft SSO configuration with Entra ID, sample KPI setup, and report template setup, ensuring your environment is ready to deliver value from day one.
Yes. You can extend the platform’s capabilities with add-on modules, such as the financial planning module. Additional needs, such as data imports, report development, additional training, or custom development, can be reviewed separately and priced accordingly.
Yes. Multi-year agreements (3 to 5 years) are available and include implementation at no additional cost (a $5,000 value). A minimum total license value of $20,000 over the term is required.
